Polarball - January 1st - New Year's Day - 2023
A record 60 players showed up to play Pickleball in chilling 30 degree temps with a wind chill of 15 degrees at noon on New Years Day. A couple of hardy individuals worked very hard to get nearly 4' of snow cleared earlier in the week. Then, the night before the event the weather threw us another curve-ball with a coating of ice. But, that did not deter us. We arrived at the courts before the sun rose, applied some de-icer and then blew off the courts. The courts were in good condition by the time the event started. So much fun, laughter, and great pickleball was had by all those that attended. Many thanks to Core Pickleball and Pickleball Central for sponsoring this event!
2022 Annual End of Summer Social Event was held on August 31, 2022 at Sunset Park. This event was a huge success and attended by well over 100 Door County Pickleball Club Members and guests.
